Craniosacral Therapy offers a different approach, a different philosophy, where the body's intelligence is primary. Using non-invasive, specific light touch,(mostly on the vertebrae of the spine, and the cranial bones of the skull) informed by tension and compensation patterns within the body, this work addresses the deeper underlying issues, allowing the body to regain and re-establish healthy, balanced, harmonic ways of being. A truly holistic approach.
I offer limited sessions working on people. My office is located in Pasadena and my typical availability is Friday evenings. If this time does not suit you simply reach out and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.
